The doctor says that he has talked with the patient many times about how important the research is, but that there should be no problems. The patient is embarrassed, and the doctor says there is something on the body that needs to be looked at. He asks the patient if he wants to know more, and he says he does not want to know anything at all. He is afraid that the patient will not be able to go to sleep that night because of the doctor's nervousness.
