Hiding in the rain, Nemo finds himself in conversation with Toda. He tells her that he is a member of the student council, but that he has fallen asleep and is therefore unable to serve on the council because he is so slow. Toda, however, is very kind to him, and she even has a fan club. Nemo is very happy to be friends with her, and he is glad that they have grown up together.
