He's not sure if it's a dog or a man, but he does know that the dog's name is "hong lian" , which means "dirty dog" in Chinese. He asks the dog if he's okay, and the dog says that he is. The dog asks if they can go look for the dog, and Mr. . Song says that they can, since the dog has already left. The dogs eat ice cream together, which is a good thing, because otherwise they wouldn't have been able to find the dog.
