It's time for the state counselor to come to see Lord and crash in 2000 . He's just a child, and he's wearing fine clothes. The state counselor tells the boy that his mother was a relative of his father's, and that he can call him brother. The boy is jealous, and wants to know if his parents are okay, and if he has siblings or other relatives. He wants to have a private talk with the boy, but he can't because his parents have both died. He asks if the tattoo on the boy's chest is a tattoo, and the boy says that it is, but that there might be some kind of pattern on it that hides its original shape.
