Now that he's been bitten by the snake, Huck is all, "What? Why did you bite me?" and "Why did you make fun of my body?" Huck's got a lot on his mind right now. He wants to know why the snake is biting him, and he can't figure out what's going on. He's so upset that he wants to run away. Huck tells Huck that he should have stayed and fought with the snake instead of trying to bite him. Huck is so upset, in fact, that he wishes he were a prisoner instead of a snakebite victim.
