The director of the public housing project, Shintaro Izumi, is on his way to see his mother when he receives a strange message from him. The message asks him to report to his office in the administration building of the project, where his mother is staying. The director wants to meet his mother, but she has escaped from the building. He asks her to lead him to his mother's room, where she will be able to see him.
