She is worried that the child's family is very worried about the child, and she is sending the child back to the orphanage to be cared for by the Governress. She tells her that she was at sea when she first came to the world, and that she will take care of the child. She also tells her not to reveal her identity when she is in the world. She says that she would rather not do so.
