On February 8, the Prime Minister makes an emergency request for the use of the "wand of the sword" on the Akihabara. The Prime Minister is stripped of his power and accused of causing unrest. A massive weapon emerges from the ground, but a young officer steps forward and reports that the time is ripe for regime change. The young officer says that he has stepped up to assume the reins of power from a "non-functioning government and military." He says that the country has been governed by the Imperial Family for thousands of years, and that it is time for a change.
