The minister asks what has been going on with the armed forces. The man replies that everything is broken, and that they need to get rid of the weapon and its parts immediately. He asks the minister who was in command of the forces, and the minister replies that he can't figure out who the man was. He says that he needs the minister's permission to purge the entire armed forces immediately, and he says that it's not just a matter for Japan, but for the entire world. He tells the minister that he doesn't know how to use the electro-magnetic field, but he can only assume that it was a part of the plan. He wonders how they can get out of the room, and wonders where they can find a degausser. He wants to get ryuzu, the messenger, out of there
