In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character named "mel too tug" . He's a guy who works for a giant transportation company, which means he has to drag a bunch of giant moving parts around the city in order to get from one part of the city to another. This guy is named "ryuzu" , and he and his buddy are trying to figure out how to get to the bottom of the mystery of the crash dummy. They're trying to find out where the "o , bag" is, and they're also trying to get a better idea of what's going on with the "mexpected situation" that's been sent to them by the guy who's supposed to be the one who sent them the message. The guy's name is "wench" and he's got a message for them: "hey, wench, hey, hey . . you know what that message is?" . We're not sure what it is, but we'll find out soon enough.
