It's been awhile since we've heard from Dr. Miwa, and now that he's back in town, we catch up with Miss Rouncewell. She's happy to see him, but she's also worried about what's going on with Dr. Manette. She wants to talk to him about it, but he won't come out of the house. So she decides to throw a big party for him and his friends, and invite everyone in the neighborhood to come out and have a good time.
