In this chapter, we learn that the girl and the boy she's with are walking together and that the boy they're walking with is the same age as the girl. The girl tells the boy to stop hitting on her and to keep his eyes on her. The boy tells the girl that he's not a boyfriend and that she shouldn't worry about him. She tells him that she doesn't need him to be like that and that he should just keep his eye on her instead of hitting on other boys. She also tells him to stop kissing her and stop flirting with her. She says that kissing her makes her sound like a "imita tion" , which is a fancy term for a person who is in love with someone else. She's sorry that she made it sound like she was having an affair with a guy. She wants to know why they haven't gotten some food yet. The guy says that they'll have to wait until tomorrow to get some food. He also says that his face is full of "rim whoa" .
