It's morning, and Nemo is getting ready to go to work. He asks Nemo if he'd like to have lunch with her. Nemo says he doesn't want to discuss his feelings with her, but he does want to know what happened after he last saw her. He tells her that she told her everything, and he thinks it was a good thing she did. Nemo asks if she asked him out, or if she's going to see him. She says she didn't, because she and Nemo were away at work all summer, and she couldn't go hang out with him because she was waiting for Nemo to come back from his summer vacation. Nemo tells her he's happy to be hanging out with her again, since she broke up with Nemo when he came back from vacation. He also tells her she was right to declare that she was going out with Nemo before the summer vacation ended, but now she can't do it because she has a crush on someone else. She asks him if he thinks she should go out with someone else, since Nemo said he was too good-for-nothing to go out alone with someone. He says he was just having fun with Nemo, and that's why he went out. Nemo is shocked that she would want to do something like that.
