In this short scene, we get a second glimpse of Shylock and Viola's kiss. It's been a while since we've seen them, but now that they're back together, it's time for us to catch up. Shylock is psyched to see Viola on stage, but he's worried that Viola is sick and won't be able to perform. He's also worried that the play will be canceled because of the illness, but Viola assures him that she'll make up for it with her acting skills. She's even more psyched when she hears that the prince is on his way to the festival, so she asks him to join her on stage for a little while. He agrees, and they kiss again.
