In this chapter, we learn that there are "pure" witches who do not use magic, but there are also "blood witches" who do use magic. One of the "blood" witches, a "pure - blood" witch, has come to the test hall, but she is unable to use magic because she is trapped in a "suffocating place." The other witches, however, have been sent away to their rooms to wait for the results of the test. The "wizard" who is supposed to teach the "wizards" how to use their magic does not show up at all.
