On his way up the stairs, Ayler sees his son, Yon, walking down the same path he did when they first met. Ayler gives Yon his symbol, and Yon thanks him for coming. Yon asks Ayler if he thinks something has gone wrong with the wedding, and Ayler says that Yon is the one who has worked it all out. Yon tells Ayler that the wedding is three days away, and that Ayler should rest up, relax, and enjoy his time off before the big day
