He's glad to meet him, because he wants to "start thinking of marriage" . He wants to know what he can do to celebrate his girlfriend's upcoming birthday , but he doesn't know what to do. He asks if they can go to a restaurant, and the narrator says yes. The two chat for a bit, and then the narrator announces that they're going to have a "congratulation word" from the newlyweds' high school friend, who's just gotten married. The narrator thanks him for his "congrats" and wishes him "a beautiful flutter" someday.
