The next morning, Yumizuki asks to speak with his brother, Shuji, who has just returned from a trip to Sosyu. He tells his brother that he has something important to discuss with him today, and he asks him to tell him about it. He says that he would like to thank Shuji for trusting him with his life, and Shuji agrees that it is a good thing that he is leaving his brother behind. He also says that his body is "squishy" when he thinks of his brother. He asks Shuji to give up on him, and says that since they were children, they have never disliked each other. He adds that he wishes to use his connections to make him give up his life as well, and that he wants to be alone from now on.
