In this short scene, Shmoop explains that he's going to put a wet sock in his younger colleague's pants so that she won't be able to push him around if he doesn't push her pants up. He's also going to try to get her to do the same thing with him on top of her dress so that he can "suck" her pants and make her move around while he squeezes her pants. He wants her to "prank" and "pounce" , which is basically a fancy way of saying that she's not supposed to be pushing him around, but he wants to make sure she does it.
