The scene opens with Hiroyuki's declaration that he's not going to push his younger colleague any further. He's going to make sure that she doesn't push him any further, and he'll make it clear that he won't do anything to Hiroyuki that he wouldn't want to do himself. Hiroyuki tells us that he wants to know what's wrong with his younger co-worker. He wants to talk to her about it, but she's too shy to tell him. She tells him to stop stalking her, and she tells him that he should keep his promise not to do anything like that to her. He tells her that it's best if he leaves her alone, because it'll be easier for him to get to know her better. He says that if she just leaves him alone, it will be better for him, because he'd be able to squeeze her more. She says that she'll never be so naive as to think that he only thinks about sex, and that he can't lose a few days, shake her hand, and go away. She's sure that Hiroyuki will make a prom for her, but empty, she says, she'd better not give up. She hears Hiroyuki coming in, and Hiroyuki says that he came to see her because she was sick. He asks her to take a bath, and when she refuses, he tells her to go back to her room.
