Now that she's awake, Li realizes that she can no longer touch her. She asks if her mother left her a secret team of guards to protect her, and if so, who should take care of her after her mother's death. The minister tells her that the King of the Southland is imprisoned at his residence, and that someone has told him that he should invade the south. Li asks the minister to give her a bug back so she can deliver a message to the King.
