The next morning, Hiroshi asks to speak with Kishida, the minister's personal secretary. Hiroshi tells him that Kishida is a "person of interest" in the shinriken case, and that the matter will be transferred to Kishida's jurisdiction. He also tells Hiroshi that his agents are on leave from their duties in the Republic of Madishi and that they will not be able to guarantee the safety of their personnel. The next day, Kishida asks Hiroshi to update him on the progress of the investigation into the attempted theft of a drug from a company called kanotomi. Kishida says that the client is a big pharma company, and the name is "kanotomi pharmaceuticals." He says that he followed the lip on the body of Togusa, the man who tried to steal the drug from the company, in order to crack the case. He tells Kishida that he has another man in mind, and he suggests that they get him out of the country.
