He's also worried about how he'll be perceived by the people of New Port. He wants to get his acceptance speech out in front of the city councilors, but first he wants to know where the bear is hiding. He smells blood in the public toilet, and he wonders if the bear tried to rinse the place down. He also wonders if there's a way to get rid of the bear without leaving the city's citizens in the dark. Finally, he decides to go meet the new mayoral candidate.
