He also says that the prefect is always busy with his work and never comes home or pays attention to his family's affairs. He tells the prefect that he will not take care of the family anymore. He asks the prefect to do something to bring his mother back to life so that she can become the mother of his family. He explains that he had to submit to the village because the people there were plundering the people. Everyone calls him a despicable official, and he agreed to let the prefect fight the bandits so that the government would not back down again.
