He tells the guy that if he doesn't stop biting him, he won't be able to forgive him. He says that he's afraid of the pain he'll be in if he eats the egg, and that drinking will make his condition worse. If he didn't drink so much, the kid says, then the kid wouldn't need to drink as much as he did. He also says that if the kid wants to save his friend, he should take him to a doctor.
