In this short scene, the young protagonist is introduced to the world of the dream-demon, who is the main character of the story. He is a young man who has fallen in love with a young woman and wishes to marry her, but he is unable to do so because of the obstacles in his path. The young protagonist's brother, senior, is also a dreamer, who wishes to visit the amusement park where the protagonist lives with his friends. Senior, however, is not interested in visiting the park, because he has something important to discuss with his younger brother.
