The monk asks if the place is under the emperor's jurisdiction, but the omniscient eye tells him that the land belongs to the prefecture government, not the emperor. He says that the monk is asking for punishment, and the monk says that he's asking for a lesson. The great god says he'll send the monk on his way to hell, and that he misjudged the monk's intentions. He asks the monk where the double mantis are, and when the monk refuses to yield, the monk arrests the monk for being an accomplice to the double-mammals.
