In this chapter, the master of the new poison explains that he has invented a new version of the poison that will make people faint for ten days. The poison will also make them fall into a "sweet dream" , which will last for a very long time. The master explains that his dream was so vivid that he called the poison "the little poisonous man" in his dream. He then became the leader of the dream and fired the poison-taker.
