This chapter opens with a flashback to the previous chapter, in which a group of shaolin monks are captured and taken to the dungeon of the "Demonic Sect." The group's leader has been overestimating the strength of the monks, and the group is surprised to find that the leader has underestimated their strength. The group is also surprised to learn that the monks are not from the sect, but from another sect. The leader explains that they are being brought back to the "demonic sect" to be punished for their failure to defeat the "Shaolin's Monks." He also explains that the group has to provide for the monks' food and lodging, which is a huge burden for the sect. He suggests that they kill the monks and shave their heads off as punishment, but the monk protests that this is too bloody, and that it is not their style. The monk then explains that there is a swordsman who will shave the heads off anyone who challenges him and fails. This is a good idea, since the monks have already joined another sect, and they do not have the money to pay for such a punishment. The monks agree to be imprisoned, but they have to eat vegetarian meals.
