In this chapter, we learn that the prisoner named "Tang lin" is a sword-wielding man, but a "shaver" who likes to "shave peoples hair" . We learn that this man is very cruel, and that he will shave anyones head no matter who they are or where they come from. The "brain of our office" decides to help the prisoner by giving him "two brocade sacks" of incredible plans to use against the prisoner. He tells the prisoner that he can use his power as a prison officer to poison the prisoner's meal, and then he can take revenge on the prisoner himself. The plan is to use "mush" , which is a "female-only poison," as a means of killing the prisoner, but the "very powerful martial artists" are immune to the poison, so the chances of winning are only 70 percent.
