About This Chapter
The hall leader of one of the sects branches, known as Zhe shi hall, explains that his hall is conducting annual check-ups on its members. He says that his health is fine, but he notices that one of his members is having mental health problems, and he prescribes that the man drink more water, eat more vegetables, and not smoke and drink all night. He also advises the man not to pull all nighters and not to smoke or drink all day. The man says that he wants a daughter, but that he prefers a son. He tells the man to have a regular routine for work, rest, and drinking, and to have no smoking or drinking. He adds that he would rather have a daughter than a son, as this is a problem among those in the martial-world. He advises the young man to eat vegetables, drink water, and exercise more, as it is a common health problem for those who practice martial arts.
