In this chapter, Luofeng explains that he wants to send the children to a different branch of the court so that they can be trained to be killers. He also wants to ask the court to help him find the bone-chewer abyss so that he can recover one of his friends who has been kidnapped because of him. He tells the court that he will go immediately to the capital, and the court will help him get there. He explains that the scale of the capital is much greater than that of the city where he lives, and he will be in trouble if he encounters some of his acquaintances. He says that he is not the kind of man who attracts trouble, and that he still has school to go so he should get out of his way immediately. He wants to know who is looking down on him, and if he can tell him who can compare with him, he will let him go. He asks the man if he thinks he is better than his brother, but the man replies that he thinks the man is handsomer than him and surely better. He then tells the man to stop talking about "crap" and to stop being so arrogant. He will never let the man go if he does not get the answer he wants.
