In this chapter, we are introduced to the "one-eyed dragon" . He is a member of the "black fox gang" , and he provokes the other members of the gang with his darts. He tells them that he is not ugly, but that he has finished his drink. He asks the girl to come and get him more. He says that the girl is too arrogant, and that if he were not so arrogant, he would not have provoked them. He adds that since the man provoked them, he has to break a few of his limbs, otherwise his reputation will be ruined. The girl tells him that the man does not have many skills. He only knows how to use a dart, so if he can avoid one dart from him, he will let the girl and the boy go. This is the man's "secret skill," he says, and it is said that his darts can kill men without leaving a trail. He explains that it was worth coming to the club, just the "normal drinking and dancing" is not enough for such a "intense show." He tells the girl that he will give her the secret skill if they let the man go. He also says that there is finally a "chance for brother long" to show them his secret skill and that they should not let it "go to waste." The girl says that she has seen the man kill a man with only one dart, but the man says that he blinded one of his eyes so that he could practice his skill. Now that he can practice it, he is even faster, and so no one has been able to escape it. He calls the girl "as good as dead" and says that even if she can escape, there is no way for her to escape
