The door of the school is so low quality that the students are forced to stand on it to study. The teacher, Luo feng, is annoyed at the low quality of the door. He tells the students not to disturb the other students, but to excuse themselves if they have stomach pains. He then tells them that they should apologize to Darnay if they hurt him. He says that if Darnay apologizes to him, he will let him go. He adds that he intended to handle the students later, but now that they are in the room, they will be dead men. The students begin to argue about who is tougher. They argue about whether or not they have heard from their brother , and the teacher says that he hasn't yet heard from his brother, but that he's a tough guy, so he shouldn't compare him to the garbage. He goes on to say that if he loses, he won't lose too. He'll clean Darnay up alone, and then he'll show the students his real strength. He calls the students who are standing on the door to stand up and grab him, but they refuse to do so. He asks them if they showed any mercy to their friend, and they say that since they didn't do so, he should not be impulsive. He also says that since he did not help Darnay, he would do it himself.
