In this chapter, peng explains the difference between "bright vigor" and "dark vigor" . The martial warrior is divided into nine grades, with each grade having three stages. Each grade has three levels of strength: grade 1 is the strongest, grade 2 is the weakest, and grade 3 is the most powerful. The strongest grade is called grade 8. The weakest grade is grade 1. peng tells peng that his sister and his junior sister came to learn about a case of "canmo," an organization that deals in children's trafficking. The elder canmo, a member of the organization, bit poison into his mouth, killed himself, and left the police station, where he was taken down by a dozen of the most elite armed policemen. peng says that he has taken over the case, and that it is impossible for the police to arrest the elder man because he is a warrior with his abilities. He says that peng should not try to fool them, because he does not want to spend his life in prison.
