Lin tries to kiss his daughter, but the pervert grabs her and pulls her away. Lin realizes that he has been bitten by an assassin, but he is not sure if it is a lizard, a worm, or a crocodile. He rushes to the doctor, who tells him that the bite was a brute and that the wound was caused by the anesthetic powder. Lin is horrified to find that the crocodile has managed to escape from the pool's guards. He is also horrified to see that the man in the mask is wearing the clothes of the emperor, who must be working for him. Lin runs to get the crocodile, but it is too late. The crocodile is called nile, and Lin swears that he gave it to him by mistake. He says that he asked people to keep the animals in a tight circle, and that they ran away once.
