The princess tells the duke that she has a mission for him. She tells him to get rid of all the dolls in his room. She also tells him that she wants to send sketches of han for him so that he can look them over himself. The princess says that she still has to choose a husband, even though she is married and pregnant. She says that the empress of the west has a lot of men, and if she has only one man in her life it will be considered a joke. She adds that if the two countries go to war the princess will have to ask for land. She believes that the duke will not accept this humiliation. If he does not attend the conference, it is believed that he has abandoned the princess and that the royal family has no memory of their connection.
