The scene opens in a bar in the middle of the night. It's the morning after Valentine's Day, and we're told that the president of the United States is in town. We're also told that a "sexy girl" is hanging out with a guy named Mr. Moynihan, who's also in the bar. The guy introduces himself as the president's son-in-law, and the two of them chat for a bit. We learn that the guy's name is "xiaonuo" , and that he's here to bring the president home. The two men get into a little scuffle about who is going to bring him home, and then the two men part ways.
