It's the beginning of the election period for the student council, and Lingle is worried that he's going to lose out to Lu-ting. He's worried that if he tells Lu that he ran away before the election started, he will be laughed at. Lingle says he'll try his best to win the election, but he knows that he won't be able to do it if he can't explain what happened to his cell phone. He tells the other students and teachers that he is running for the position of president of the school's student council. If he wins, he plans to start a school corporation. He compares himself to a ceo of the empire and wonders if he could possibly compare to him. He also wonders if the two of them are so boring that they would be so noisy if they were running for office together. Senior Lu tells Lingle to leave, but Lingle tells him to come back later.
