Everyone is lined up to take the test. Senior Lu is smiling at the women's nervousness. He tells them to sit down and answer the questions. He asks one of the women why she thinks it's so hard to organize a design competition. She tells him that she remembers the first day of the competition when she had to decide the overall plan. She asks if the other women are avoiding her, and she tells her that they can. She then asks if they can write the plan together, and he says that they are a team, and they can't do all of the work by themselves
