In this chapter, the reader is introduced to the world of the Elementals, a group of creatures that inhabit the earth. The Elementals are divided into two groups: the light elementals and the dark elementals. The light elemental is the queen of the light, and the darkness elemental is lady sylph. The two of them live together in a place called the "floating city" of Elementals. In order to break the bonds between the two groups, Lady Loukios created the floating city to keep the humans out. She also created a second group of elementals to carry her powers in the event of any harm to the first group. This second group was created to carry the elementals in case of an elemental's death. This is the story of two lovers who cross the sea. In this story, the two women are called aristocrats, and they wear beautiful clothes and dance at a beautiful castle. The story of a princess trapped by a witch and a knight who rescues her is also told.
