The audience is shocked by the sudden appearance of blood on the hero' face. The blood is a warning that the world is on the brink of collapse. It is time for the heroine to act. She must find a way for the hero to tell the truth, find a place where the hero can lie down, wait for death, and rip off his or her clothes.
