The doctor rushes in to check on the injured woman and tells her that she needs to get a tetanus shot. The doctor tells her to shake off the nail sticking out of her hand and to take the number card with her. He warns her that if she does this again, she'll never apologize for what she's just done. She laughs at the doctor's joke and says that she didn't want to make him laugh, but now that he's laughing at her, she realizes that he is protecting her. She tells the doctor that she still has a cut on her hand, but that it's not as bad as she thought it would be. She begs the doctor to come and help her, but the doctor refuses, saying that he doesn't have the power to interfere in a woman's personal life.
