The scene opens with a flashback to the moment that Hu Jin's mother, Ling-lu, met her son. She is in the middle of a conversation with her brother, who is about to perform a game with his band, when suddenly she hears her brother's voice and realizes that she is his mother. She tells her brother that she has come to tell him that they will not perform onstage later that night, because the band is already on stage. She then tells him that her idol is an "all-rounder" , and that they don't need to perform on stage anymore because the head of the company doesn't care if the band lip-syncs or not. She also says that the band looks quite gussied up, but that there's nothing wrong with it. She says that she's here to talk to her brother about the cooperation between the company and the band.
