In this short scene, we get a brief description of the encounter between Caixin and Yonhap. It's clear that Yonhap and Caixin have been lying to each other about Yonhap's health, and that Caixin has been manipulating Yonhap in order to get Yonhap to betray him. Yonhap, however, is not fooled, and he tells Caixin that he's the one who's betraying him. He also tells Yonhap that he should go back to his mother and tell her what's been going on, because Yonhap is too busy to tell Caixin anything.
