He also says that he'd like to become a detective, which is what he wants to do since he loves the town of Sherlock-holmes so much. He asks if there's a mission for him to choose from, and he says that it isn't a team mission, but rather a personal mission. He says that if he chooses joseph, he will learn more about hand-to-hand cooking techniques than if he chose alan. He then asks if she's going to change her mind about choosing joseph. She says that she'll give him one more chance to make a decision. She then asks him if he would like to taste the ingredients of the risotto. He tells her that it's just like any other risotto, except it has some special ingredients.
