About This Chapter
Now that the fight is over, Cai Ming-liang tries to calm his friend down. He tells him to keep his mouth shut, otherwise the fight will not be a "floor ma-xiang yang" . He tries to explain that he did not hit Cai Ming, and that he is not mad at him for fighting again. He says that he has read all the posts about him on the internet, and he imagines that the monitor is doing the same thing. He asks the monitor why he is still standing there, and the monitor tells him that it is because he is reading all the comments about him. He then tells the monitor that he was still angry when he heard the conversation about destroying someone, because most of the things they said were true. His mother is neither a good woman nor a noblemans illegitimate son, and his only reason for wanting to live with them was his money. He is just like his mom, he says, and they are both trash. He wonders if he still has a chance to be a terrible person.
