In this chapter, the narrator asks the audience to imagine that a girl named Hinana has fallen in love with one of the members of a famous Japanese boy band, the "funny bone" . The girl dreams that she once was a member of "the boy a fairy tale romance" , and that she is now a friend of the band's lead singer, Ayami. When the girl runs into the band, she is greeted by the other members of the group, who are also former members of "The Boy A Fairy Tale Romance." The narrator is shocked to learn that the girl is not the type of girl that Aryami would have chosen for his lover. He asks the girl to tell him about the time she was with the other girls, and the girl tells him that she was there when the girls were still together and that they always had a birthday party. The narrator says that he is sorry that he did not tell the girl about this time because he does not know if he will find the time capsule.
