The next morning, Hiroshi is surprised to find that his daughter, Hitomi, has come to visit him. Hiroshi tells his daughter that he was hoping to meet her as a gentleman, but that she was squealing when he dropped in without announcing his arrival. Hitomi asks Hiroshi if he would be kind to her until she is an adult, and Hiroshi replies that she did not treat him like a celebrity, and that he is surrounded by women. He tells her that he finds her to be "roar, ramble, ramble" . He adds that he has had one girlfriend before, and he is glad to hear that she does not enjoy the nightlife. He says that he cannot believe that he came to her with a marriage proposal, but he does not plan on bringing it up with her. He also tells Hitomi that he heard that she is not really his daughter and that this will come across as rude, but as her mother, he feels that this is not the best time for her to sleep, as she is supposed to be sleeping with her father. She says that she hopes her mother is proud of her, too, and she hopes that her father is not interrupting her. She tells him that she tried to adopt a child of her own, but it is too late to do so now. She asks him if he will think of a way to lift her up, and if that does not work, he will consider another option.
