In this chapter, we are introduced to a young woman named akira, who has just met a young man named ayase, a former member of a boy band. Ayase is now the vice-president of a student council. Akira is also the mother of a young girl named hi-na, who is also in love with a boy named kaede, a member of another boy band named shige-chan. The two girls meet at a restaurant after a show, and Akira pretends to be too drunk to go out, so she clings to her boyfriend. She tells him that she is glad that he has found her with a girl of his own age, because she does not want to end up like that again. She also tells him about how she lied to her mother about the article in the newspaper, and that she still wants to be with him.
